The space was born from the need for a showroom for our brands, featuring unconventional kitchens that foster technical creativity and a connection to the arts.
Spread over 300 m², it brings together an art gallery, reception, restrooms, product launches, a kitchen and bar showroom, concert hall, shop, yoga classes, a ceramicists’ residency, workshop, and studios. We needed to share it with the world, and as we explored it, we realised that its uses were already there.
The reception and gallery complement each other beneath low vaults and angular spaces, with curves that invite us to explore the bridge revealing the high ceilings of the lower floor. Along the way, we encounter the product launch gallery, the restroom gallery by the staircase, and, at the end, the kitchen showroom.
Our kitchens, crafted from noble materials, come alive at night as cocktail bars, and on weekends they serve as a stage for sharing vegan cuisine with guest chefs.
The second room on the lower floor, the most imposing and challenging, combines a concert hall, shop, and a residency for young ceramicists. Two elements unite these functions: four-metre-high shelves that display products from the studio and residency, support the lighting and sound for events, and complement the scenography.
The stage, defined by a circle and surrounded by a rhythmical staircase, ends at the door that by day serves as the shop entrance, marking the boundary between commercial space and residency. Throughout the rooms, design pieces by renowned partners highlight and complement our work.
Design is one of our core focuses, with the ambition of enhancing the sector in the city, and eventually across the country, through events that foster more active engagement, as we can observe in Spain and Italy.
